It comes with new Velcro. I won't have a truck without one. I sold the truck and removed the liner before selling. It has not been used much at all.

The only signs of wear is a rust stain in the front left corner from the springs on a floor jack. Happy buying. It can be scrubbed out but I do not have time. It is super clean and almost brand new minus the stain.

It was used to haul servers from location to location. This bed rug was in my 2011 f350 super duty short bed truck. Everything else about he liner looks brand new.
