The valve cover gaskets are cork and rubber for a better seal when oem is only cork the head gaskets are silicon coated for a better initial seal.

The head set normally has intake, exhaust,valve cover, valve stem seals, head and the other gaskets for pulling the cylinder head gaskets are pro torque, you never need to re torque the head.
